I drive Uber so 3 months equals 30k miles. I am very proactive with my maintenance. At 200k miles I replaced all wheel bearings and struts even though none were bad. I had some down time scheduled and didn't want to wait for a problem that would interfere with a potential busy time that could cost me up to $700 a day in income waiting on parts. I do the labor myself so parts are the only expense.I've always believed in Moog. I've used them on my race cars and other daily drivers. Never had a problem. But I haven't bought anything Moog in 15 years because there's been no need. But when I decided to do this proactive maintenance Moog was the brand I actively sought out. What a disappointment that a wheel bearing didn't last 30k miles before failure. Started making the obvious wheel bearing failure noise. Replaced with original Toyota bearing with 200k miles i pulled off just 3 months ago. Now I'm considering pulling the other 3 and replacing with originals that have 200k miles. Obviously super unhappy is an understatement.I'll probably never use Moog again. I didn't care about warranties. I want the parts I buy to work and last. I'm not about fixing problems. I'm all about preventing them with proactive maintenance. When the parts I use for maintenance prematurely fail, that means I wasted my time even if the part is replaced for free. My time is definitely not free.
