Not able to do the Job! The CX9 has a control arm in the rear that must be removed to do the Job, Labor time in book is way out ofwhack with what would have been that actual time to do the Job. We sent the customer to the dealer where they were charged 5 hours (book time is 3 hours) because that is more in line with actual time. Very poor design, typical Mazda crap designs, I hate those cars, yuck!** On the other hand, the Timken Bearing was probably a better part than the factory one. Never had a problem with Timken branded parts.
