For what it is, I thought it a little expensive. However, in practice the tool is very quick and easy to use so is invaluable for fast and simple bearing extraction, providing you use a modicum of common sense.The instructions are fairly informative. A couple of hopefully helpful tips.Make sure the bearings inner race surface is clean and dry so the extractor grips properly. I used brake cleaner and a clean rag.When you hammer the wedge into the extractor it becomes obvious by the change in tone that the wedge is fully seated.Don't be afraid to give the wedge some firm whacks when extracting the bearing. I found a few firm hits were enough.You will need a vice to easily remove the wedge from the removed bearing and extractor. Job done in minutes. Recommended.
