I replaced the rear bearings on a 150k mile 2007 Outback with these since the old ones were making noise. I'll give you a couple of replacement tips: After removing all the brake parts, spray the mounting bolts and hub-to-brake backer with PB blaster to soften the rust. Remove the abs sensor in case the axle tries to come with the hub. Once the hub and brake backer come off, I found it easiest (and least likely to damage the brake backing plate) to hold the backing plate in one hand and hit the back of the hub with a hammer. Put anti-seize on the axle splines and re-lube the caliper pins while you're in there. Also, if the rear CV boots look bad, now is the time to replace them.
